This is a 10 year old machine. Panasonic xover model is a FP-7722. Wrench indicates one of the PM cycles is due (Fuser Web, Drum/Developer, Docuemnt Feeder, or Duplex Unit). You have to check the counters to see which is needs to be reset. Just remember the Web meter resets to 80,000 and counts down to zero, trips the wrench lite, then starts counting back up from zero. The others just count up from zero. ADF and ADU PM Lite can be disabled.
To enter service mode on a Panasonic press & hold these keys in sequence "User Preset", "Original Size Ledger", and "3". You will want F7 Mode for counters. #22 for Drum PM count,#23 for Developer PM count, #33 for ADF, and #34 for ADU. Set all these to 000000, use "Print" to Enter. Then set #26 for the WEB to 120,000, use "Print" to enter. Then back out using the "Stop" key till F7 is displayed, the "user preset" & "Clear" to exit service mode. I am pretty sure on the Pitney Bowes(Imagistics)model the key names & sequence are the same. Good Luck.

Since you did not mention an error code, the only PM counter that will disable copying is the Fuser Web counter. However, it is very easy on these models for the customer to overlook and Error Code being displayed as it only has 2 digit LED display and the code flashes. Like.. "E2", then "40", "Blank", repeat.
