| We charge most of our customers under service a shipping charge for supplies. Enough to cover the UPS plus a couple dollars. We try to ship a couple toners each order. We charge travel fee for most deliveres. Since we send an extra toner from the start. We have been doing this for a long time due to increases in UPS, hard to adjust contracts during the year. Some customer complain but we look at each one and make judgements calls. |

| If it's billable we of course charge shipping, if its a MA we do not. UPS in the NW runs about $5-$6 to anywhere within 80 miles ... not too bad if you ask me. |

Imaging god

| We currently don't charge for shipping on MA's. We use a courier service for most stuff - he's very reasonable and fast. In about the last 9 months all new contracts and renewals have a clause to allow us to charge s/h or delivery fee but have not yet exercised this. I asked another dealer a couple of years ago about this - they are in a larger metropolitan area. They had a flat fee per piece to ship by USPS. He also said that if someone had a toner 'emergency' fees started at $30 for same day delivery. I think they had something like a $5 or $10 per mile fee - ouch!
Relax? When?!
