I have been assigned the task of compiling a Standard Operating Procedures Manual for our service department. Our current manual, if you can call it that, consist of misc memos and documents written over the years. Having never done this before I was wondering if any of you out there that might have one would be willing to send me a copy or even sell me a copy. I figure plagerism is always better than original work when your given a deadline.
