Our techs average 25 calls a week with about a 10% relog or call back ratio. we do count machine set ups and installs a service call.

We service copiers and mailing equipment. Our avg. experienced tech finishes 23 calls per week and we have a 10% recall within 60 days. Normaly the mailing equipment takes longer to set up but less time to repair and less recalls.
