I am in the process of updating our 15 year old handbook for 2010. Anyone that has a complete dealership handbook they would like to forward, I would appreciate that. (Word, PDF, anything)I like to pick through 2-3 good books and make one for our company that matches our system. No use reinventing everything. Thanks!
