what is everyone using to find techs? We post everywhere and the field sure seems to be drying up.(internet,newspapers,on this site) how about some feedback on what others are doing or using. thanks in advance

I think it depends what part of the country you are located in. I lost my job due to a dealer who wouldnt keep up with the new technolgy.
It took me 10.5 months to find a new job.
