what is the admin dept. doing to combat the rising cost of fuel in their billings??

probablly nothin' since all the news is that is going down slowly over the summer to average out around 1.60 near thanksgiving I think, They will probablly just tough it out till then.

FYI gas in Baghdad, 5c a gallon.
