Hi Guys I have a KM2560 that prints by itself overnight. It is on a network. It is obviously receiving a command from something on that particular network but how do I stop it. I have updated the firmware and the printer drivers but still,anyone ever had such an issue?

What kind of images do you get? PostScript errors?

You can change the IP address on the machine, and in the drivers. =^..^=

I have since removed this machine from the client and installed it at our offices and it has not automatically printed anything in the last 24 hrs. I will keep it for a further 24hrs to see if it does it again then return it back. Will have an answer by Friday. Thanks guys.

someone may have the ip address set up to a locally installed printer, tou are going to have to check all the local pc's for one that has this loaded. Good Luck with that.

ask client for a new ip and install a new driver to that port. problem solved.
