I have found myself wondering if we are charging enough for our per call service calls. Can anyone share with me your hourly rate and your minimum charge???

We charge $95.00 per hour with a one hour minimun.

We are in the NYC area and we charge $125.00 an hour, $155.00 in the outer boroughs and we are considered cheap in the city.

In Fort Worth we are charging $115 per Hour with one hour min. Some dealers are at $95 with a trip charge.

In Minneapolis/St. Paul we are charging $99.00/hr. with a one-hour minimum. If the customer brings it to us to fix in house we charge by the quarter hour, no one-hour minimum. The last time we checked this hourly rate is very close to what other dealers were charging.

The typical rate in the Chicago area is $125.00 an hour with a one hour minimum.

We are in Grand Rapids Michigan and charge $110 per hour, 1 hour minimum billing, and if the custon=mer is over 30 miles away , we add on a $30 distance fee, but don't charge on the travel time

I am in New England and have found that Danka and Ikon charge in the $125.00 to $135.00 range. My charge is $120.00 within a 60 mile radius and $65.00 for in house work.Do you have a Staples store near you? We do on site work for them at $85.00 per hour.

We charge $95 per hour, one hour minimum and no travel charge unless outside our standard range. Rates vary from area to area depending on local markets. Small towns usually don't charge as much as larger cities.

We are on the border of Texas/Mexico we have been able to charge 95/hour with 1hr minium, no milage charge. We charge 78/hour of bench. 45 flat fee for cleaning and diag of mach.

We are in the Detroit metro area get 125.00/hour and 50.00 flat fee per additional unit while in the same office. no travel charge.also if the customer dosent approve parts within 7 days we bill as a totally new call. If approved within 7 days labor charge up to Service manager.

In the San Francisco bay area we get $150.00 per hour.

Minimum call is $185 for the first hour,$145 plus $40 dispatch/travel fee. Located in the SF Bay Area. After that it's $145 and hour billed in 15 minute increments.
