Just wondering what or if other dealers are charging for network time on a new install.
We include 1 hour of network time on new installs, but we end up spending more time and sales gives it away, we want to start charging a flat rate to customer for networking and if sales wants to give it away then they will pay for it. Any thoughts would be great.

We give 2 hours of our time with each new installation. After that we charge our regular labor rate of $90.00 per hour. Of course we are flexible according to customer and circumstances.
