Cheer up Mike, It's like a full inventory, it always sucks when you do it, but what find out after its done can be a real eye opener.

What an eye opening experience, when you find all the crap that was previously swept under the rug. I would be interested in knowing any experience also, as I will be the one responsible for the parts inventory.
Send me your email address and I'll swap phone numbers with you. We are pretty established with the system. I am trying to figure out tweaks. Mainly how to log certain parts as core returns. That way we get back our cores for warranty. Z

gazoo1979@comcast.net We're talking about setting up our own part numbers for assemblies that we rebuild. Not so much for warranty, but to make sure we get the old ones back from the techs. Just need to figure out how to set up the parts kits that will be used for say "KM-6030 fuser drive assembly". For sure wanting to pick at your experience w/e-automate.
