the girls are trying to "get it right" How is everyone calculating true technician costs when applying it to the dealerships over all cost to run a service call? I know 15 years ago it was based on approx $35.00 per hour, inc. car, ins, salary, training, etc....

You would add up your costs and divide by the number of techs.
Every dealer would be different as they all have different costs and located in different part of the country |

In Lacrosse the default is $55.00. When I attended the BTA Service Cost seminar, 2002 we were told that $45.55 would be the minimum and could be as much as $85.00 - $95.00 depending on your geography.
