I have been getting sales calls from this company wanting us to sign up for their service. Looks like they are an online service locator that funnels you chargable service calls. Ronelle Ingram is on their website endorsing them so I would think its on the up and up. Anyone using them? How do you like it? How do you get paid and whats their cut?

They call me non-stop as well. Although I feel like their sales people have been decieving so I'm hesitant to take their calls anymore.
Who is Ronelle Ingram? |

Spoke to their sales rep again. Found out they put a phone number on their web site that the customer calls for service. This number is routed to your company and you take the service call and charge as you normally would. Yext charges you $25.00 for the first call no charge if same customer calls you after that. They wanted my credit card info to start. Not ready to do that so holding off for now. I have about 4 competitors in my area using this service so I may use them in the future. Ronelle was a service manager for a large Kyocera dealer in so. cal and was also prez of BTA for a while.

So do they charge you $25 even if you don't end up making anything on the call?
