Is it just me or did Mita change the credit cards they accept when you order parts? Used to be Visa,MC, Amex, Discover. Now options are MC and Cod Cert Check? Any one else?

I don't have and credit card options. I believe the credit dept and dealership owners can set up the options. The credit dept has been a pain in the arse, if you ask me. They have a tendancy to dictate, (like Hitler), what they accept and won't accept as far as terms. Next day air for us turns into 2nd dday for us. They say they have system problems......

Just let me know if you ever need anything on backorder with Kyocera. We are a national distributor and take everything but Discover. We also have great close out deals if you want information on those.

yes BC seen the change although I always order on terms and let my credit card status with them expire. I think some is a use it or loose it scenario. As well I think everytime the INTERNET system updates it reads different.

The only real problem I have had was when invoices stopped being mailed and yet we were not properly informed to down load the invoices and the email invoices were sent from a server software to email and were seen as spam and blocked or sent to spam folder.
be sure the go find the email and mark them as not spam.
