I got my first 250ci in last weeks and my techs promptly set it up and delivered it.

Today, I got a nice flash drive from Kyocera with update packages preloaded on it.

Had to go set up SMB (Email was already set up)

After updating the firmware the address book was erased.

Everything else seemed to stay...

Relax? When?!

Does it mean that if we upgrade firmware say, 3 months later, we are going to loose address book or other data?

It may have been a fluke. Haven't had this happen with a couple others. Just beware that it can happen - print off what's there as a precaution.

Great suggestion - there certainly should be - the Falcon III's have that ability after one of the older firmware revisions.
