I loaded the 2.40 firmware on a 4050 yesterday that was using the Kyocapture to scan documents. Feature would not work when I was done. I had to delete the Scan to file utility then load the 4.10 Scan file Utility. Then run simulation 510 and changed the mode to 2. I then was able to make it work.

I ended up using the ftp setting with the send button on the rest of my customers after deleting the old utility and loading the new one.
