I had a 6030 that was accordian folding in the fuser section, but wasn't because of the separation claws. The metal fuser eject roller was so polished from the sponge rollers that the paper would slip when entering the eject rollers and fold up, as a temporary fix I scuffed the shaft with sandpaper and cleaned with alcohol and it started working, but I'm replacing the shaft and sponge rollers, because I found slight grooves in the shaft when I cleaned it, and the sponge rollers have been updated to 302KP28060.

I've been taking emery cloth to this metal shaft since 2007. The foam rollers polish that thing to a high sheen and make it slick as hell. The real problem is that the foam rollers are not gear driven with that metal shaft. I've seen this same flawed design on the exit assembly of many of the Kyocera's. My take is that the deeper the sand gouges the better. Everytime I visit one of these machines if it looks like the shaft is getting polished then out comes the metal shaft to get the hell out it scoured again hehe. Works great, lasts long time. I also bend that usless metal tab out of the way the gate just post fuser likes to bounce on when the solenoid lets go of it. I causes the gate to flutter and catch on the lead edge of the paper J50 and J60 I believe is the result.
