Turn off skew sensor under sim 460

Getting a LOT of these codes, frustrating customers bigtime.

What exactly does it do?

It adjusts for feed in skew of document original's. Check out service bulletin B397-2LF-0006

Did a search for this bulletin on KMAconnect, search QA database, did not find anything.

It does fix the 9020 jam though.

Have to agree, it does work and I can't find the bulletin either.

It says for j9020 9030 turn off u460 at next visit and they are trying to work out what's wrong with the skew sensor

It's in Q&A section where they are also refereed to as Service Bulletins as well. Sorry for any confusion. They also at times put certain ones on hold where you cannot have access to them for some reason.

And now, firmware changes this message, along with ssage on screen, with system settings per machine.
