Just a heads up, we have 3 KM- 6030's with transfer belt roller bearings seized up. It always seems to be the rear one closest to the reg roller, but it depends on the account.The last 2 machines had just over/under a million clicks on them. Part numbers are G3001360 for side with the spring loaded paper guide and 27505290 for the side nearest the fuser. The machine will probably be squealing a bit like like when the white duplex rollers are dry, but the rust in the rear of the xfer unit is a dead give away.

At the 1.2m PM we replace all the Xfer roller bearings and the contact plate. We also completely rebuild the duplexer with all new rollers and static guides, a little time consuming but definitly worth it as far as calls go. Also we replace the paper feed mylars and the upper separator shafts in the high use drawers. These are all preventative measures as we are running about 80% PM to PM
