We have had two different instances of Outlook doing some sort of update then when the customer tries to print something from Outlook to their copier/MFP device, in both cases so far a KM-C3232, the print job locks the device up and will actually take the print system "OFFLINE" on the device. All other applications will print fine with no trouble. Tried changing the PDL with no luck. What did MicroSoft screw up this time?
I didn't have the service call on the one system this occured on, but I don't think that the driver was deleted then reinstalled. When I got to visit the second machine the customer tried to show me exactly what she was doing as far as print jobs, but we couldn't get it to hang up any print jobs. Typical that everything works right when a tech is on site.
