This is one of those good reasons to upgrade the print driver.

When printing to the Document Box of this CS-400ci, the finishing functions are ignored. The customer discovered that VMBs and Private Prints retain the finishing functions.

They called the original version of the print driver 5.0, but if you look at the properties it reads v. 4.x.xxxx. The latest driver which came out in September 2009 solves this problem.
