I see on some of the post with SFU you are using Application Button. The firmware after .27 u can use the FTP like the 500ci to scan. Tech Support wasn't even aware of this. All of the webiners say that you have to use that application button, BS. I wanted to make everyone aware of this. Just make sure that FTP on the command center is turned on.
