I have found the USB cable that runs from the Operation Panel to the Main PCB has been faulty causing this code. Strangely enough after a firmware upgrade. On the Falcon 3, we have had 4 machines that have had the SHORT USB (Black)connector to the Operation Panel fail as well. Worth the look if you have the code...
