Has anyone else tripped over the new bug? It affects only Voyager E series machines when printing in booklet layout mode only from Adobe Reader 7 or 8, only on 8 1/2 by 11 paper. The images don't come out as two-up. I would call it an overlay. The page 3 image is overlayed on the page 2 image, and the page 1 image is overlayed on page 4.
None of the Microsoft applications, or any other document applications I could find have this problem.
Driver version 4.2.1515a does not have this problem. For the customers that need the booklet layout, I have been downgrading the drivers.

I have not seen your problem but have solved A different problem upgrading to reader 9 for free from Google. In my case the two PC's with 9 did not have problem the one with 7 did, and the customer was pointing at machine that goes against the odds.
That's a perfect entry for the "heads up" section of DNET. Thanks for the info blackcat! I'll be sure to pass the info along to the rest of our team here at Kearns!
Check the "Allow Data Pass Through". Every time I have installed the driver I have found that when putting the driver in KPDL Auto that the select box for this comes "checked" (selected) upon installation. After unchecking this box it appears many problems disappear, with processing PDFs especially. At one location the customer has a fabrication program called ShopTek, I think, and it outputs mixed original PDFs, 8 1/2 x 11s and 11 x 17s, that they wanted to have oriented with the 8 1/2 x 11s in portrait and the 11 x 17s in landscape and also stapled in the upper left corner. Could not make it work until I unchecked the "Allow Data Pass Through". The tech support people are not even sure what this is for.
This sounds like the "Print As Image" checkbox. I don't know what it actually does, but when checked I can get much larger PDF files to spool without crashing the print card. =^..^=
