i just had a new issue show up, so i thought i'd pass it along.

customer using a T/A 250 says it quit printing black all of a sudden. no codes pop. i go over and notice no toner on the dv roller. overnight parts (drum and dv unit). put them in, mfp starts with a 7101 code (bad dv). put the old one back in, still no black print and no code. finally check the dv and cln motors in the back. the black cln motor wasnt turning. i know we have had motor issues before, but usually get some code for them, well, not this time.

so if you get no black to print, check the motors in the back to see if they are spinning, could prevent some headaches for ya.
