Recently installed one and the display worked fine but the touch screen function was not working, three connectors go to the display area, 15 pin vga for display, 2 usb cables, one for thumb drive and the other is for the touch screen. the touch screen usb cable was partly out of the connector, cable a little short and not secured at all, push in all the way and screen fully functional. Also in PrintNet OP guide it says password is to be left blank, use "ips" for the password to access the admin portions of the machine. Other than that - great machine.

Can I ask what you are charging for on a Maintenance Agreement? What are your minimum volumes? What would you suggest for someone doing about 1,000 lineal feet per month? thanks!

Customer did not want a service agreement, they had a xrox and paid through the nose so opted out. I have seen a couple of xrox contracts and they are typically 650.00/month and .21 per foot, not sure if linear or square. After the initial install toners are 450.00 for a box(2 containers) and all else is time and materials. This was my first one so will see how this pans out and if I will do it again.
