Impact Networking is seeking an In-House Helpdesk Associate. This role will be the first resource for customers with printing/ scanning/ and remote device fixes. We are looking for a technician that is experienced with Kyocera, Konica Minolta, HP, and other devices with exceptional networking knowledge and ability.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Konica Minolta and Kyocera devices
• Excellent Networking Experience
• Phone support for basic Copier problems
• High degree of initiative.
• Exceptionally skilled in organization, attention to detail and effective prioritization of duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be positive and self-motivated.
