| Big time, just for the morale boost alone. All the dispatchers/service dept., techs. and even some people in admin. who take calls get sh_t on! It's nice to get a real big pat on the back. Also we hand out and mail flyers that state how we got it, who's who and why Kyocera and our company deserve the recognition. It makes the customers feel a lot better about the new KM product's they may have just purchased. We put the logo on our website, and every piece of lit/invoice that comes from our company (via forms prescribe) in addition we also have pins (JD Powers Award replica) to wear on our shirts. Also received Premier Dealer award.
Sorry to be long winded but I am proud of our company's achievements and if you received it congrats! You should be proud also. |
