We have been instructed to not sell these by management. Our delaership had 4 of these returned and Kyocera was unable to solve the problem. I am looking for feedback ....positive or negative of your experience of these in the field.

This was discussed on this forum a while ago, someone else said they were having problems with this finisher. I have about 10 in the field now and haven't had one service call.

We have one of these in the field also and have had no problems. If you look at the tech bulletin to "proactivly" prevent a short in the pwb do to vibration from the accessory, the fix is a smaller screw? HHHMMM a smaller screw.

We have an issue of sinking to finisher on to the atachment kit. any fix. we also have about 20 out there and people love them.
