We have around 30 or so in the field now with no issues to speak of. The enhancement kits are a must. The amazing ones are 2 8030's at a school. Placed them both in mid-October and they are both at just under 900k. We had few user issues in the first couple of weeks but since then it has been unbelievable. PM Kit in each and 2 stapler units in each. The one machine went 450k before the first call.

We only have 8 of them out but no major problems to speak of. We did our first PM on one about a month ago and I'm wondering if it pays to use new kits on these units or go with rebuilds?

wish i could get either....new or rebuilds....
