how are the FS1016MFP doing ?

or the

CS1820 ?

I sold many FS1010 FS1020D and did not like the cost of the drum unit. I have been selling Samsung in the low line. But wonder if the 1016 MFP was more cost effective and working well.

Life is good.

It's still a 100K drum cartridge. We haven't had to change any yet in the FS-1016MFP. It's the same as the FS-820 and even takes the same toner. Must have been an oversight for that to happen. We haven't sold too many of the FS-1016MFPs but they are easy to set up.

We have one 1016 in the office.. will never sell it based on the operational speed... We have a ton of the 1820s in the field and they are all running great, with very few service calls. They are very popular with the smaller offices that need copy/fax/print but are on a small budget or limited space.
