We have a Muratec F-110 in the field that can send faxes but is not receiving. Reviewed and confirmed all of the user settings are correct. Anyone had this experience??

You are right! Called the Tech Support Hotline and they identified the problem within two minutes. The small cover on the side of the unit (which can be removed to allow for phone handset attachment) wasn't seated properly, causing the incoming calls to be received as phone call rather than fax. Removed and replaced cover -- and covered with label to prevent removal by customer -- and all is well.
