One of my customers has a Konica 1216. He originally had an issue with lines and bands in the direction of paper travel that would go away by the then servicing company replacing the cleaning blade (several times). Within a year, the problem would return, even though he only ran 600 copies or so. We took over service last year and replaced the blade back then. The problem has returned and, obviously, the drum is old and needs to be replaced along with the blade. Is there anything I should consider? Thanks!
