We get quite a lot of people bringing these and other small Xerox/Sharp units in for service and have been seeing a similar problem in this model.

A blank spot (area) in the middle of copies that runs down the center of the copy.

It runs OK when first turned on, then shows up after a period.

It goes away when it "cools" down, then its there again when turned on and warmed up.

HELP!!!!! Anyone have any ideas?
