See if this helps...

To enter a new Administer Code Number, perform the following:
1. Press UTILITY.
2. Press METER COUNT on the touchscreen.
3. Press STOP.
4. Press 0 (zero) twice from the keypad.
5. Press STOP.
6. Press 0 (zero) and then 1 from the keypad.
7. Press SETTING on the touchscreen.
8. Press ADMIN MODE on the touchscreen.
9. Enter new code number.
10. Press EX twice on the touchscreen.
11. Press PANEL RESET.

Once you have the new code entered, you can disable copy track this way

How to enable Copy Track. SOLUTION ID: 140052
SOLUTION: This function is intended for the person who controls and manages the copier. The numbers of
copies made by up to 100 different accounts can be controlled by defining a unique access number
for each account. To set the Copy Track Functions, perform the following:
1. Press the [Utility Key] and touch [Admin. Mode].
2. Enter your [Administrator Code Number] from the key pad, then touch [OK].
Notes:
a. Consult your service representative to set or change the administrator code number.
b. Be sure to remember your administrator code number.
3. Touch [Copy Track Functions].
4. Touch [ON] or [OFF] to activate or deactivate the Copy Track Functions. If ON is selected,
program an access number for each account. If OFF is selected, touch [YES] to reset the Copy
Track Functions data.
5. Touch [OK].

If this doesn't help let me know and I'll look further. We dabbled in Konica for a while, but after this machine, so we've never seen one.

email if necessary (a little quicker to get ahold of me dbrownlee@obponline.com
