What is error 79 on HP Laserjet 3200?

Working on an HP Laserjet 3200 that keeps giving the message "79 Service Error". Fuser doesn't appear to be getting warm but not sure how to get this fuser out to test. Is 79 code a fuser problem? Thanks for any help on this.

I dont know this product but checked a HP site for you. The news is not so good, could be firmware or Main PCB. Check the link.

Thanks UKTech, that helps us out. We'll try the firmware upgrade. It supposedly fixes "some" 79 service error codes.
