Keep getting a reoccuring SC543 code. I can reset it and the machine will run for a month or two before the code comes up again. I have replaced the thermisters. I have heard that there is a possible firmware update that would fix this problem. Does anyone know if this is correct? Or should I look at replacing the power supply? Any advice would be helpful. thanks in advance

I think the firmware was more for sc541 and sc542 codes but I would it wouldnt hurt to update the machine. I think the firmware added a fuser idling time.
