SF-755 shows L3. Customer said moving platen hit something, then popped code, so I assume it is a scanner code? How do I reset? My Intravias is missing the pages for this particular copier.

Dang that's an old machine! I think if I remember right to get into simulation you need to press these keys in this order Clear, Repeat, 0, Pause. then 14 print and/or 13 print. The repeat key looks like = with curved arrows around it. Good Luck!
