Hands down it OKI for color! Take a look at the Okidata CX-3641, you can even request sample prints via the Okidata website. I always ask the DM what is more important to them "low-cost color, or outstanding color?" Kyocera has good inexpensive color, but nothing I have seen compares to the high end OKI, for high-quality output on all types of media.
I have delt with Kyocera, monalta, konica, and OKI color. As of right now Kyocera has some color toner on the paper. Everyone else has color reproduction.

I haven't seen a 3641 but have a 3640 sitting in my showroom for several years now. While the output is outstanding the scanner is virtually useless from both a quality an practical standpoint.
This unit has never made it to a demo at a customer's office. The cost per print is way too high as was the cost of the machine. We only bought it because we were promised protected printer products would follow (which did NOT).
It would be a good proof printer or good for VERY short runs.
If anybody's interested in it make me an offer. I'd love to get it the f@ck out of here!
