We have a new customer with a DC-332ST that is z-folding the copy and sometimes the images are crooked on the copy no matter what source it is feeding from. We suspect the the registration clutch and a "buckle" clutch, per our technician. Is there any other part we need to consider looking at or replacing? How much time should we expect the repair to take?
