Error message-07.010.43:18634....I'm guessing the 18634 is the page count? What does this error mean? The customer put a magenta block of ink in the yellow slot is that the cause of the code or do I have two seperate issues? Any info greatly appreciated.

I believe this is a print head problem. The printhead is stuck in the tilt position by the tilt arms. reboot, check for spilled ink around the printhead (wrong toner stick?) verify the lock arms are rotating properly.

Thanks for the info BC. I don't have a manual or anything for this machine so I'm kind of at a loss. I'm going back for a 2nd time and was wondering if a print head is stuck if a person can easily correct that? Thanks again
