We've got a PF-P3100 that works just fine on the high speed. On any slower speed the machine will not stop. We've replaced all the boards, the panel, switches and sensors to no avail.

We are having trouble updating the firmware. The utility isn't in english and gives us an Err:040 and then a bunch of garbage characters. Anyone experience this before?

Fixed it. Wiring harness cable ties too tight. Cut ties. fixed problem
