We are starting to sell the Oki color Executive brand printers. They seem really nice, good quality prints on envelopes and labels too! How do they perform in field, difficult to work on? Firmware easy to upgrade, print driver issues?

Anything you can tell me about them would be great.

The OKI product is good out of the box. Easy setup and great color print but they eat toner like thier is no tomarrow. The OKI warrenty looks good on paper but you will have a hard time trying to claim it unless it is bad out of the box. Tech support has a lot to be desired. I know this because I worked for a dealer for 2 years. We had some out that we never had a problem with but when we did have a problem it was hard getting parts and support if you did not have the right contacts and phone numbers at OKI.

Oki color printers SUCK. We service them and when you have a problem "Good Luck". They even have some machines that you can not get the manual for. My advice stick with HP printers, by far the best.
