took on a new cust. with this unit, says scanning dosent work anymore, when pressing the scan button it says optional equipment needed, please help. I also know nothing about this equipment.... "Im not acting confused, I am confused" | ||

The scanning option that is missing is the NS-2 software. Yhis product has a security key that needs to be unlocked through the Sharp website. | |||
