Anyone here selling or servicing the Standard line of duplicators? What do you think? How's the support? What about all their finishing products? Binders, folders, cutters etc......Any input is appreciated...

I've been selling and servicing them for about 10 years, just a re-labeled Ricoh. If you've ever worked on Liquid Copiers then you will have no problems fixing Duplicators. Support is so-so as they have to get their info from the OEM. I have sold the Folders but not any of the finishing equipment so I am no help there. Overall it's been a good line for us, it gets us into accounts like Churches were the completion has nothing to offer.

We sold Standard also and as Firedrum stated, their support is not the greatest. Now I have been selling Duplo and it is a better product with much better support. Plus you are dealing direct with the manufacture. Duplo also has a full line of Finishing products, Duplo folder cannot be beat for reliability.
