Thanks Everyone,
Well it was an interesting two weeks. Testing in Dallas was quiet intense, different from the other round. The saying "You either know it or you don't..." came into affect big time. Questions were alot difficult when you don't have multiple choice, just short answer. Troubleshooting wasn't so bad as long as you didn't read to it, overthink. Oral exam was more geared toward customer service than technical. It was a good experience.
I felt bad for TECH ROBERT who didn't get to compete bacause of the weather. Winning isn't as sweet when you don't get the chance to compete against everyone. (KIND OF LIKE THE BCS)
Well it wasn't all fair on this side either. Kyocera told us when we got there that the trip was scheduled for May 16-23, bummer. I won the trip and can't go, wife's due date for our child is May 20. NO SUSHI FOR ME! (Sucks when you have to chose between birth of child or trip cause trip cannot be change even though this was the first time that they said the dates during the entire competition.) I CHOSE CHILD. Kyocera handed the trip to the second place winner, 313ZD, He couldn't go. So the third place winner is going. TECH ROBERT I tried to get it to you, no luck, sorry. Kyocera is sending me a tv because of the sitution. At least it is something and I am grateful.
It was overall a good competition, thank you for congratulations and I look forward to next year.

WHAT! You got a F'n TV?!!? You'll probably get a 42 in Sony Bravia. Our dealership got 3 of them! Lucky dog, I envy you now! I agree, more notice on the trip time would have been nice. July maybe, oh well, maybe we can do it again next year! Z
No HOPE, just BROKE. Anyone else - 2012
