Good luck, I work in Milwaukee and one of the long time techs still has your business card when you were a Mita and Gestetner dealer.

It's just me and one tech right now, and most likely will be adding another tech by the autumn. I'm still learning some of the ropes, the new place I'm at carries more product lines than the place I left. That means I am a bit of a rookie again on those machines I'm not so familiar with. That's right, I do more field work now than I was doing at my last position. It's a pretty small company right now, so it is really a good way for me to dip into the management without taking on a big department immediately. I had a few customers with ruffled feathers (some ruffled by me too) but I've learned from each of those experiences and I strive to improve all the time right now. I just hope I improve enough by the time I have my first performance review.

Ask not what you can give your country, but what your country will allow you to keep to feed you family.
