There's no way that page of plain text is 30% coverage. One way to find page fills is to send it through a printer and then print out a service status page. Recent printers will list the coverage of the last page. I got this pdf of page fills from our former Kyocera Sales Rep. A 250ci listed the first page (some Slerexe letter) as 1.47% black fill, and the second page (supposedly 6%) as 4.79%. The Kyocera Mita test chart showed up as 17.65%. I'm sure each printer could produce slightly different numbers based on how they convert the incoming image to dots on the drum, but I'd believe a specific printer over some random toner refiller who believes that a page full of plain text is 30% coverage.
