My boss just told me KMA will be showing a new color line (Venus) next month in FL. It will be replacing the current color's 500ci series. I hope this series works works better, but I am very skeptical | ||

Wonder if they'll have the same 3 year 'warranty' on everything. The 500ci series is really starting to piss me off. I look forward to working on Voyagers these days. Not to mention the incredible amount of backordered K dv units, fusers, and drums  Z No HOPE, just BROKE. Anyone else - 2012 | |||

 venus series ...will be "A" shocker to everyone..lots of new improvements..quality is optimum & customer friendly software...all based on inside info...enjoy it!, great box...in search of true spectrum...  DUMMIETEk..puttin konica color to "RIP"...  | |||

DT, Dont get brain washed by kma, KMA has never, ever made a good color machine, why would I think any now model would work. If their new color turns out good, than all the better, But kma history with color tell me what to expect.

Damn Straight Tdog, I will eat my words if Kyocera makes a box that doesn't have 3 months of firmware updates shortly after release. And Dummie... I don't know who you are trying to fool besides yourself  Unless you are next in line for a tech rep job; KMA doesn't care what you think, if they did they would release beta machines in test markets so that they could troubleshoot BEFORE a major release. It seems strange that they'd replace the 500ci series since they just came out with the 552ci and fs-c8500. I'm still hoping that they come out with a fs-c5200 with a scanner on top. | |||

I heard they were coming out with 22 new machines this year, some as small as a 5020DN with a scanner on top. All accessories should be the same from the 30 copies a minute on up. | |||

Sales rep told me yesterday that in 4th quarter (fiscal for KM - so, first quarter next year) KM's ENTIRE line of MFP products will be refreshed. From desktop color units to segments 3 and 4 color MFP's along with replacement of 620 and 820... | |||

the venus report...no more re-baged mf's finally a full line made by kyo...expect nothing but the best with less b/o...& or better performance...please place ur orders NOW...  it was great to see over 150 dealers trying to still the best selling & service ideas from each other...mention ur top favor dealer if u was there...no reservations...DUMMIETEK..the orlando factor... 100k plus dont bother for less | |||
