I would not trust anyone with my customer list - especially OEMS, as for Kyocera, more than the others. but still no.

That's been my big reservation. We've been virtually exclusive to KM for years, but after the BS they slipped into the dealer agreements about 5 years ago that was basically a 6 month 'First Right of Refusal' if someone wants to buy my dealership - or even have a 'management change' the trust just isn't there.

Relax? When?!

You gotta watch the OEM's on the big accounts. You finally land a big juicy 20+ machine account, and the OEM helps you with some of the grunt work of setting up the deal, next thing you know, they are punting their own software packages, then print management, next thing you know, they have hardware in there. Use their resources, but keep them sandboxed if you know whats good for you.
